Food processing department at Al-Quds university: remarkable role and impressive development in both scientifically and academically

The distinction  and  uniqueness  of the food processing department at Al-quads  University  and its role  was the subject of the .report which  appeared  in  the local press  at Al-Ayam newspaper.   The newspaper presented a  comprehensive  report about the department  and an interview with Dr. Saleh Sawalha , head  of the food processing  department .

This attention comes after the  scientific and academic evaluation achieved by this  department.  Attention  emerged strongly  through  its participation in the  Palestinian food exhibition” Our food 2016”

This exhibition was organized by the Union of food Industry, and was held  in  the municipality of Al-Beereh  halls Park, and lasted for three days,  with great participation from the  public, private sectors and  the Palestinian universities. .

This attention  which the department  deserves,   was  a result of  its role in  providing the food industry  sector in Palestine  during the last twenty  years with  graduates distinguished  scientifically  and practically. Many  graduates have  good positions  in the  public and private sectors of  food industry.
