The award was presented by Deputy Mayor and Acting Mayor Salah Haniyeh, along with the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, in the presence of several ministers.
Mr. Al-Harazeen said, “The Palestinian people have overwhelmed me with love and happiness from all its simple people. We must all succeed in this mission of educating and providing health for our people. I went through difficult circumstances in Shujaiya during the displacement from our land in 1948 territories, but through hard work and dedication, we have reached here. I learned, and today I serve the sons of my people.”
Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governor Laila Ghannam said, “The Khair Foundation is a Palestinian institution with a Palestinian affiliation, and I express all thanks to it and every patriotic person who builds, and I thank our brother Al-Harazeen for his donation to Palestine on a permanent basis.” She also emphasized that the projects include two modern medical clinics in Jenin and Ramallah and Al-Bireh, which is the beginning of work to extend other clinics in all governorates with specifications that the Palestinian people deserve.
“I thank you for this reception and welcome, and we are happy to support education and health in Palestine. This was a dream and today it became a reality to build these institutions after signing the establishment of them today, which are education, higher education and health institutions,” said Ashraf Al-Sharif, representing the Khair Foundation, managed by Hammad Al-Harazeen, a participant in the event and a comer to Palestine.

The signing today is a very important message, not a message from donors, but from a Palestinian who belongs to this land and country. It is a message of loyalty and love and a message of jihad and respect.”
In this regard, the Deputy Mayor of Ramallah, Salah Haniya, said that today’s signing includes supporting the needs of our people amid the ongoing genocide, attacks and displacement campaigns in the West Bank and Gaza. He pointed out that Mr. Al-Harazeen has had a significant impact in various cities across the country, and he continues in the process of giving, development, construction and building to serve the needs of citizens through ministries, universities and bodies in several governorates, municipalities and universities.

They want us to drown in despair and frustration, and we say that we remain attached to our belonging to this land and cling to every grain of dust in the soil of this blessed spot. We say that we will remain attached to our belonging to this land and our clinging to every grain of dust from the soil of this blessed spot, for this is Palestine with its Christians and Muslims, its Qiyamah and its Aqsa, united in one body and one family that cannot be divided by two, and Jerusalem will remain our capital, our qibla and the essence of our unity.”
