As part of its continuous efforts to align higher education with evolving labor market demands, Al-Quds University has launched the 2025 Labor Market Survey, a research initiative aimed at analyzing the most in-demand skills for graduates, identifying skill gaps, and understanding employment trends across various sectors.

This survey targets employers, HR managers, and recruitment professionals in Palestine and selected Arab, regional, and global markets to gather reliable data for comparing workforce expectations across different countries and assessing challenges in hiring fresh graduates.

Importance and Impact of the Survey

The labor market is undergoing rapid changes due to technological advancements and global economic shifts, requiring a closer alignment between academic skills and job market needs. Through this survey, Al-Quds University aims to:

  • Identify skill gaps that graduates face when entering the workforce.
  • Analyze market needs and determine the most in-demand skills across industries.
