Dear students of Al-Quds University (AQU),
In support of the vision and the mission of AQU, the Deanship of Student Affairs advocates for your needs through a range of programs that aim to help cultivate and promote the success and wellness of every student at AQU; thus, helping you to make the most of your time at AQU.
The Deanship of Student Affairs at AQU is committed to serving our community through various means to give you the opportunity to earn more than just merely a degree. First, we support students in need through our Financial Aid Unit in order to support their rights for accessible education. Second, we serve as the cornerstone and the main communication channel between the University Management, Faculties, and Students. Third, the Deanship of Student Affairs is committed to helping you discover your talents, personal skills, and potentials. So, we facilitate your engagement in extracurricular activities, community service, and social engagements that enrich your experience and promote personal growth hand in hand with your academic progress.
Through our departments and offices at the Deanship of Student Affairs, we formulate plans, initiate programs, and organize activities that combine outstanding academic achievement and creativity with skills necessary for success in life. Our activities include local, regional, and international competitions as well as artistic, cultural, social and sporting activities.

About the Deanship
The Deanship of Student Affairs at AQU supports students’ success by offering a variety of opportunities, programs, and services to enhance both their personal and academic experiences. We focus on extracurricular activities, fostering creativity and upholding values like diversity, democracy, respect, and innovation. Our mission is to enrich every student’s experience through educational, cultural, athletic, and social programs in a safe, democratic environment. We maintain a close relationship with students, advising them on goal setting, event planning, and conduct, while representing their interests within the university.
The Deanship seeks to enhance students’ experiences in university life and provide distinguished services worthy of the name of Jerusalem and its students through a variety of activities and programs, initiatives, courses, student clubs, volunteering and empowerment services, scholarship and assistance programs, female students dormitories, and the Alumni Unit.
The Deanship also aims to enhance students’ leadership abilities, support freedom of opinion and expression, explore talents and develop skills by giving students the opportunity to participate in various activities and competitions, to enhance the study experience and provide support to graduates for an integrated university experience
