For mobility with Third Countries Not Associated with the Program, students are also supported for round-trip travel.
The amount of travel expenses should be calculated using the “Distance Calculator”. The distance calculator is available at the following link:
http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm
The distance calculator should be used to determine the km between the 2 points from the location of the host organization to the place of activity and the travel grant should be calculated using the table below. The grant equivalent of the kilometers in the distance calculator in the table below is the round-trip figure, which is not multiplied by two. If the student travels with a stopover, it does not affect the distance reached with the above-mentioned distance calculation.

INCLUSION SUPPORT
The Erasmus+ Programme encourages the participation of people with special needs. A person with special needs is a potential participant whose personal physical condition, mental state or health condition does not allow them to participate in the project/mobility activity without additional financial support. In order to provide additional grants to students and staff in need of inclusion support, the beneficiary higher education institution must request an additional grant from the Center. After the participant with Inclusion Support is selected, if the participant has an additional grant request, the approximate additional costs are determined and an additional grant is requested from the Center. The request for additional grant can be made within the contract period, but in any case up to 60 days before the end of the contract. The participant cannot request an increase in the grant after the end of the activity.
In the application form, it is necessary to explain why the Inclusion Support is needed and to attach supporting documents (e.g. if the Inclusion Support is related to disability, a doctor’s report (not older than 3 months) or a photocopy of a disability card, a doctor’s report for chronic illnesses) containing information about the disability and its level. The form also includes the information that the host higher education institution is aware that the student/staff member is a participant in need of Inclusion Support and a commitment to have the appropriate equipment. The amount of the additional grant requested and why it is needed must be detailed as requested in the form. The requested grant must be directly related to the purpose of making it possible for the participant with Inclusion Support to participate in the activity.
The Center evaluates each application individually and decides whether an additional grant can be awarded and, if so, the appropriate grant amount. The amount of the additional grant is increased in the relevant section of the beneficiary’s contract. For participants with Inclusion Support, the final additional grant will be awarded based on the actual amount of the expenditure incurred. Invoices for the use of the additional grant awarded at the end of the activity must be provided and kept in the participant file to be presented in case of possible controls. Undocumented expenditures and expenditures in excess of the contractual grant for the beneficiary with Inclusion Support are not eligible even if they are incurred.
Green Travel Support for Students/New Graduates
Green travel is the use of public transportation with low carbon emissions. The use of buses, trains and shared cars are included in the scope of green travel. Students/ recent graduates who prefer green travel will receive an individual support grant of up to 4 days in addition to the grant amount specified in the table above. In case of using sustainable means of transportation (green travel); the statement of the person receiving the travel grant will be used as a supporting document.
