We are happy to announce that we are now ready to receive applications for the International Staff Week, that is organized by Copenhagen University, Denmark, within the Erasmus Plus Program.

Staff Week Dates: 7^th to 11^th October 2024.

Interested staff should send these documents to the International Academic Relations Office by Monday 10^th June 2024:

• The filled copy of the attached mobility agreement. [Download]
• Copy of the CV.
• Valid Copy of the Passport.
• Attached invitation – including a tentative programme – for more information.
• A total of 2 staff members from Al-Quds University that could potentially be used to for this week.
• The total grant for each staff member would be 1790 EUR.

Please note that participants from AQU would need to choose the 5-day programme to receive the Erasmus+ grant. They would need to arrive in Copenhagen on the Sunday and depart on the Saturday in order to comply with the Erasmus+ rules regarding program days and travel days.

The first 3 days will be a joint programme, while the last 2 days will be an opportunity to tailor the programme to suit the participants’ interests. If – for example – you have teaching staff joining – they could visit relevant departments for meetings and course observations on the last two days of the programme.
