The Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Quds University offers a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) to a student who has successfully completed the requirements of five academic years. The program comprises all related fields of pharmacy. It includes basic sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences and industrial pharmacy, pharmacology, clinical pharmacology and pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical technologies, and pharmaceutical chemistry as well as practical and laboratory applications for all these fields in the faculty laboratories. In addition, the student receives practical training through our virtual pharmacy in our faculty and 720 hours of training distributed in community pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, and hospitals. Then he must pass an evaluation exam during the last semester.

- To Demonstrate basic knowledge related to skills and techniques involved in drug discovery, design, manufacturing and development and screening and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products.
- To Examine and embrace knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences with biomedical sciences to understand the action of a medication on the body and plan its use.
- To Define the principles rules of safty and health care assesment
- To Define marketing mind-set in approaching health promotion and maintenance.
- To Analyze pharmaceutical problems based on scientific approach.
- To consider the processes of compounding and dispensing medications.
- To consider the rules of safety and professional best practice in a scientific context.
- To Differentiate between over the counter and prescriped drugs and their use in minor illness and pathological conditions that need physician referral.
- To Analyze the economic forces at play in healthcare, and evaluate the direction for profitability in the industry given health policy and legislative constraints.
- To Analyze, interpret and compare the information in a robust manner.
- To Interpret prescription orders, applying calculations related to the compounding and dispensing of medicines.

- The student must have a secondary school (Tawjihi) scientific branch at the rate of 80% and above, or the equivalent score in the SAT II, IGCSE, GCSE, GCE IB, and Abitur (subject to the equivalence standards prescribed by the Ministry of Education).
- Admission for students who have Bigrut certificate must finish at least 26 units, including 10 units of scientific courses, and the general average of the units should not be less than 80%.
